Returns

Not completely in love with your piece? No problem. Return or exchange it within 30 days and we will make it right.
How it works
Return conditions
- Item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories are included
- Sealed products are unopened
- Used, damaged, or incomplete returns cannot be accepted
- Returns sent after 30 days will not be accepted
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
Return shipping fees
Choose store credit instead of a refund and we will add an extra 5% on top. The voucher code is valid for 12 months and sent directly to your email.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Contact us at support@bentimonster.com with any questions before the parcel is returned.
If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it. File your claim as soon as possible after noticing the issue. Claims made within two months of discovery are always considered timely under consumer protection law.
Not covered by warranty
- Normal wear and aging over time
- Natural oxidation
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage
When submitting a claim, please include a clear description of the issue and photos that show the defect.
